I cannot believe Harper is over 8 months old! She is the happiest baby ever (most of the time). Lately she only gets upset when she's tired, hears a sudden loud noise (yappy dog, etc), or gets startled by something! Other than that she is all smiles, all the time (especially when she sees her mommy behind the camera).
