Our happy dog Delkus

I took this picture of Delkus last night while Davis was grilling some ribs-- I swear this dog is so dang happy! We can't wait for him to see his new backyard-- it has a real back porch so he'll love that (pic below of back porch). The new house is coming along QUICKLY! They have really done a ton in the few weeks that it's been in process. We are eager to move into our house because this weekend the a/c went out in our current house-- NO FUN! Luckily we still have our home warranty so we're waiting now for the a/c guy to get out here. Hopefully it won't cost an arm & a leg!
Here's the future back porch (we want to build an arbor off of this eventually -- but this will be more than adequate for our grill & some new/old patio furniture from our parents.
