First official blog

Well I figured I shouldn't be left out of the blogger-world... I do occasionally have something to say, so why not document it?! Davis and I met in August of 2006, fell in love, got married in June of 2008, adopted our dog Delkus in October of 2008, and are having a great time settling into our home here in Dallas! After much deliberation, we decided to stay put here in old lake highlands and instead of moving to a bigger house, and we will soon be undertaking some home renovations! We have a ton of ideas and hopefully we'll be able to afford everything we want! We are definitely going to re-do the kitchen and bathrooms, and possibly deconstruct/rebuild our sunroom to make it a 2 story addition and put a master bedroom there.... It will be a lot of work but luckily Davis is very technologically saavy and he has already put our entire house on vizio, so that should make it a little less work! I plan to keep this blog updated as our life & family grows!
